This recording contains president's remarks from University President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sheila A. Brown and presentation of certificates and diplomas and conferring of academic degrees. It additionally contains the conferring of honourary degree recipients Marguerite Andersen and Mavis Gallant, both awarded a Doctor of Humane Letters. Mavis Gallant gave the address to the graduates. Various award recipients include; Janne Cleaveland, B.A. (President's Prize) and Sheldon Miller, B.B.A. (President's Prize) and Dr. John Schellenberg (Alumae Award for Teaching).
